Great service and friendly staff. Went in to buy a child's guitar and could have left with so much more (I did!). The "Wall of Black" needs to be seen! Dan was really helpful. I'm a keen supporter of local businesses but it's made all the easier when the staff go above and beyond. I'll be returning!
Delighted to have this guitar shop in Altrincham. I have been in many times since it opened to buy stuff and sometimes just to talk guitars. The owner is the most helpful guitar shop owner you will ever meet, in fact this shop is what every guitar shop should be.
Wonderful little shop! Dan the proprietor is a well versed musician himself, and this shows, in his choice of guitars and equipment, and also his enthusiasm. No hard sales, just good solid advice. The shop itself is easy to get to by train or tram - literally a 5 minute walk from the station. Heartily recommended!!
Bought a MarkBass combo from Dan at Live Louder. For a small independent store there was a great selection of the more left-field makes like Schecter, ESP and the entry level MusicMan stuff. Also nice to see a store take a punt on MarkBass.

Great shop with a fantastic selection of guitars - especially if you're a Metal & Rock player. More importantly, the owner Dan was able to source an essential bit of equipment for me at a price that was every bit as competitive as anybody else out there on the web or high street. Add to that the convenience of me being able to collect in person, partake in a human interaction & have the joy of playing a plethora of awesome axes - it's a win win situation. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger - I'LL BE BACK!!
