ARE YOU BASED OUTSIDE THE UK? WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY!

We have customers all over the world, in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and many other destinations.
We have good relationships with Fedex, UPS, DHL and Parcelforce to deliver your goods safely and swiftly.

To order, contact us and we will send you a custom payment link with the the adjusted tax free pricing and shipping cost.
(Our website checkout is currently just for UK customers.)

We're pretty good at replying quickly but replies are often caught in spam, so if you haven't had a reply in 24 hours, do check your Junk folder, or call us as our reply may have been blocked by your hosting provider. That's a good reason to include your phone number too!

HOW IT WORKS

You pay Live Louder the tax free cost of the item plus shipping costs
For example, if an item shows as £999 including UK VAT on our website,  we bill you without the VAT at £832.50
You would pay Live Louder £832.50 plus the shipping quote we give you.

Budget separately for what you owe customs, which is:
1 - Your country's sales tax/VAT (e.g. Germany 19%; Belgium 20% etc...)
2 - Customs duty (e.g. EU customs duty is 3.7% on electric guitars and 3.2% on acoustic guitars.)
3 - A small courier clearance fee, usually just a few Euros/Dollars etc

Your order will be charged in GBP. Your bank will determine your currency conversion rate - it may not exactly match Google's rate.
You can pay via card or PayPal.

International Warranty & Returns Policy

If your order is damaged in transit or is faulty, we will help to fix the issue. We will initially troubleshoot with you over the phone or email while you have the item. If we are unable to resolve the issue this way, we can work with a local repairer in your area and contribute to the cost of fixing the item.

If an item does need to be returned to Live Louder, you will be responsible for the associated shipping fees, but we will do our best to resolve the problem before this is necessary.

In the event that you are returning a guitar from a destination outside the UK, you will need to reclaim any VAT taxes paid to your local customs office from your own government - Live Louder can only refund the amount excluding taxes that you have paid us directly.
